The fruit (and food in general) here in Thailand makes me very happy. This market is just down the street from my apartment and I've already been there several times. The pink fruit is called dragonfruit and I tried it for the first time the other night.


I cut it open to reveal the vibrant pink color on the inside and lots of little black seeds, which are edible, like kiwi. The consistency also reminded me of kiwi, but sweeter. Yum! I want another!
